Your new role
- Oversee multiple projects at a time
- Manage project scheduling, buyouts and change orders
- Lead cross-functional teams to success
- Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders
- Manage risks and ensure project success
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience with base building projects valued between $10-15 million.
- Strong understanding of complex mechanical and electrical systems, as well as concrete and structural integrity.
- Mechanical or HVAC background is preferred.
- Proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and estimating change orders.
- Ability to travel 1-2 times per month, typically for one night at a time.
- Capability to handle multiple projects at a time
