Location:               Boca Raton, Florida – Hybrid (Minimum 2-3 days a week onsite or more as needed)

Position Summary:

This role is designed for a high-performing candidate who has a business background in investment banking, trading, corporate strategy or business consulting. This individual will be chosen to collaborate directly with the CEO through an exclusive mentorship program designed to cultivate future CEOs. The corporate strategy analyst will gain a rare, in-depth perspective into executive leadership, strategic decision-making, and the operational challenges of running a successful organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position  combines hands-on project work with strategic analysis and offers a unique platform for personal and professional growth within a dynamic corporate environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the CEO in preparing for high-level meetings, developing presentations, and managing communications to ensure strategic initiatives are well executed.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and performance evaluations to support decision-making processes and long-term strategic planning.
  • Lead cross-functional projects that drive organizational improvements, under the direct supervision of the CEO, from concept through execution.
  • Participate in regular one-on-one sessions with the CEO to discuss leadership challenges, strategic thinking, and career development, translating insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Liaise with various departments and external partners to gather insights, align goals, and support collaborative projects that reflect the company's strategic vision.

 

Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to dissect complex business challenges and synthesize actionable insights.
  • Understanding of market dynamics and a keen interest in shaping long-term business strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for preparing executive-level presentations and reports.
  • Demonstrated capacity to lead projects, influence peers, and inspire teams across diverse functions.
  • Comfort in a fluid environment, with the ability to quickly adapt to new challenges and opportunities.

 

Requirements:

  • Four-year business degree required, MBA preferred
  • 1-4 years of experience in investment banking, trading, corporate strategy or business consulting.
  • Demonstrated excellence in academic performance with leadership potential.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a keen aptitude for relationship building.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
  • Competency in MS Office
  • Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
