Volt is immediately hiring for a Material Handler in Boyne City, MI.



As a Material Handler you will:

• Work independently to load, unload, and move materials within or near work site.
• Fill orders and issues materials and supplies per requests.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, telehandler, hand trucks or dollies.
• Pack and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.


This is a full-time opportunity:

• Monday - Friday: 7am - 3:30pm


The ideal candidate will have:

• High School Diploma/GED

• Steel Toe Shoes (required)

• Desire to work in a fast-paced, organized, and positive warehouse environment.
• Ability to comprehend oral and written communications to effectively read labels, tickets, and other product documentation.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, carry, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the warehouse in various temperatures.
• Ability to accurately use basic math skills.
• Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Attention to detail and good time management skills.



Pay Rate: $20/hr.
