Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior GMD Readiness Program Management Specialist to join the Ground-Based Midcourse defense Program in Huntsville, Alabama.
Position Responsibilities:
Leads development of the program architecture and top level plans for highly complex programs
Identifies key program level horizontal and vertical integration interfaces between major activities, teams, suppliers, partners and customers
Leads the resolution of program issues
Uncovers and resolves issues associated with the development and implementation of operational programs
Analyzes program metrics
Recommends program recovery acceleration plans, changes and corrective actions
Leads the implementation of the Program Management Best Practices.
Conducts Independent Reviews
Develops and implements customer and program communication and contact plans
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Experience with the Ballistic Missile Defense System, Ground-based Mid-course Defense program and/or the Missile Defense Agency
Experience with operations and maintenance of a weapon systems
Relocation:

Summary pay range: $157,250 - $212,750
