Position Overview:

As a Price Support Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing vendor rebate programs, optimizing rebate opportunities, and managing supplier relationships. This role requires independent judgment, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration with internal teams and external vendors. You will assess performance, identify opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to support business objectives while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the price support rebate process, including resolving pricing disputes and negotiating settlements.
  • Implement and enforce policies while maintaining accurate supplier rebate records.
  • Ensure accurate execution of price support rebates in alignment with contractual agreements.
  • Analyze, track, and reconcile rebate data to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Serve as the primary contact for price support inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Oversee supplier credit collection and reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance rebate management efficiency.

    Expected Skills and Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in pricing, finance, or account management.
    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects with accuracy and efficiency.
    • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
    • Experience working with large and complex data sets.

    Additional Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

    • SAP S/4HANA or Vistex experience preferred.
    • CPP (Certified Pricing Professional) designation is a plus.

    The annual salary range for this position in the specified geographic location is $72,000 - $82,000. The actual salary will be based on factors such as location, experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
