• 1-2 years of Accounts Receivable and/or cash App related experience


• General Accounting knowledge


• Proficiency in MS Office, O365 and 10-key


• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle


• Experience working in a Shared Services environment


• Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills


• Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills


• Effective organizational, stress and time management skills


• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and follow up on pending issues to meet deadlines


• Open to change and willing to learn new skills


• Ability to work independently and as a team member

TK Elevator is seeking a Salesforce Intern- Summer 2025 Internship in Atlanta, GA.

Responsible for accurately applying all cash receipts in a timely and efficient manner. This includes providing research, support to branch managers/coordinators and resolution of unapplied/on account cash.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Enter daily credit card payments submitted by Account Reps into POS system & apply into appropriate AR system.


• Process bad debt write-offs to AR


• Process customer refunds submitted by the collection department into AR system.


• Maintain spreadsheet of customer refunds for GL reconciliation


• Perform research of unidentified cash by contacting Account Reps and/or customers via phone and/or mail


• Provides cash-related support for the National Accounts and Accounting departments.


• Provides cash related support for 100+ branches (account reconciliations, check copies, adjustments, etc.)


• Research and resolve customer inquiries.


• Ability to research extensively and have a basic understanding of billing and billing practices


• Additional duties as assigned by management.


• Process first touch payments in Billtrust Cash App
