As the Production Manager you will lead overall plant productivity and continuous improvement execution on the off shifts. You will build capability across hourly teams and develop salaried leaders. You will improve overall line performance though the implementation of continuous improvement processes and development of a zero loss culture. You will report to the Operations Manager and work at the Indianapolis Bakery location. Pay is negotiable based on experience.

While performing the duties of this job, you are required to talk and hear. You are frequently required to stand and walk. You must occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. You will work in a manufacturing environment. You will work in areas that are hot or cold, surfaces may be slippery, climb ladders / stairs. Training and improvement initiatives may require candidate to travel via automobile or aircraft. You will be asked to work a rotating work schedule- nights and weekends, depending on the demands of the business (12-hour shifts).The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job. Compensation:
Pay Range:$79,000-$115,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
