Beacon Hill's client is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide proactive and high-level administrative support to two C-suite executives during a six-week leave coverage. This role requires exceptional organization, discretion, and adaptability in a fast-paced corporate environment. Key responsibilities include complex calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and executive support.
This is an exciting 6-week contract opportunity that is fully onsite in Minneapolis, MN .
Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Meeting Management - Manage complex schedules in Outlook for two executives, prioritizing and coordinating meetings efficiently.
Travel Coordination - Arrange domestic and international travel through Concur, ensuring detailed itineraries and seamless logistics.
Meeting Preparation - Prepare agendas, PowerPoint presentations, and materials for executive meetings.
Administrative Support - Handle expense reports, document management, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy.
Event & Conference Planning - Coordinate onsite meetings, team events, and catering as needed.
Executive Liaison - Act as a point of contact between executives, teams, and external partners, ensuring clear communication and follow-through.
Confidentiality & Professionalism - Manage highly sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of experience as a Senior Administrative Assistant supporting C-suite or Director-level executives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
Experience with Concur for travel booking and expense management is a plus.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Availability to work onsite, full-time during standard business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), with occasional evening or weekend support as needed.
