Job Description:

Position Summary:


A leading company in the HR Technology space is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. This position will involve analyzing financial trends, developing budgets, and providing leadership with actionable recommendations to improve financial outcomes.


Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic initiatives.


• Analyze financial statements, key performance indicators (KPIs), and business trends to provide actionable insights.


• Develop and maintain annual budgets, variance analysis, and cost control strategies.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate financial impact of business decisions.


• Support senior leadership with financial reporting, scenario analysis, and investment evaluations.


• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance financial efficiency.


• Monitor market trends and industry benchmarks to guide financial planning.


• Assist in month-end and quarter-end closing activities as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ Years of experience


• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant feild


• Excel and ERP experience is a plus


• Financial modeling experience is a plus
