Site Security Lead at Cytiva in Pensacola, Florida

Job Description:

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Assist EHS in managing the Cytiva Security, Risk & Crisis Management (SRCM) program for the site


• Assist EHS in handling & reporting all security, emergency, crisis/incidents


• Report security incidents; respond to & escalate concern reports as appropriate and conduct initial incident investigations


• Provide accurate & timely site assessments to SRCM Corporate/ Business leadership


• Complete security compliance tasks throughout the year to include annual risk assessments, logistics security, and other security related audits

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Minimum education and experience requirements High school degree with 3+ years experience. OR Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience


• Self-motivated with high sense of urgency and ability to motivate others with excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Demonstrated use of problem solving to drive organizational performance.


• Ability to explain information, convey performance expectations and handle sensitive issues while using tools such as personal computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft systems such as Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

It would also be a plus if you possess the following:

• Experience in leading continuous improvement, Six Sigma efforts and kaizen project team are desirable


• Demonstrated planning and organizational agility
