An automotive company in north Austin is looking to bring on a Claims Supervisor to help support their team. This is a hybrid role (in office 3 days/week). This is a contract to hire position looking for someone who can start ASAP. Pay is $30-36/hr depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
Leadership & Training: Manage a team of 12, conduct performance reviews, and mentor junior examiners.
Claims Oversight: Review and process claims, resolve escalations, and ensure compliance with adjudication standards.
Operational Management: Create and adjust work schedules, track ASE certifications, and assist with staffing.
Quality & Compliance: Conduct internal audits, trend analysis, and develop training programs.
Communication: Handle high-volume phone and email correspondence with strong written and verbal skills.
Qualifications:
2+ years of mechanical claims experience in a fast-paced call center environment.
2+ years of leadership experience with direct team management.
ASE Certifications required (Claims Adjuster License preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with contact center software (Nice InContact a plus).
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
