The Office of International Education & Services is looking for Graduate Assistants for April 2025 - May 2025 but can possibly extend to August 2025.



What You'll Do - Position Duties



As a member of our team, you will have an impact on our clients through accomplishment of the following responsibilities:

• Greeting guests as they enter the office


• Filing, scanning, uploading, and indexing documents


• Retrieving office mail from post office twice daily


• Deliver documents to various on-campus locations


• Reviewing and accepting student document/request drop-offs


• Responding to and routing phone calls


• Preparing documents for student pickup


• Other tasks as assigned by senior staff

What You'll Need to Succeed - Minimum Qualifications

• Full time graduate student at Lamar University


• 2 semesters remaining (Fall 2025 & Spring 2026)


• Good academic standing


• Must be available to work between the hours of 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday.


• Excellent communication skills


• Strong attention to detail


• Strong command of English language, both written and verbal

8am - 5pm Monday through Friday
