Meta is seeking an experienced hands-on and customer-focused Payroll professional who is results-oriented, has a successful record of delivering high-quality and timely results, and working in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment. The successful candidate will have comprehensive knowledge and expertise with U.S. and Canada payroll, building and cultivating relationships with business partners, and have thorough understanding of payroll legislation and guidelines. Reporting into the Payroll Manager.
Payroll Operations Analyst Responsibilities:
Support bi-weekly payroll processing utilizing Workday for over 62,000+ employees
Collaborate with Human Resources, Benefits, Legal, and Equity in the administration of payroll
Interact with external vendors to ensure that data is processed accurately and timely
Calculate and process manual payments
Audit employee compensation details
Identify improvements and act on them using forward thinking and technology capabilities
Provide customer service to employees on payroll and tax related queries
Assist on various ad-hoc projects, including communications and follow up with employees
Minimum Qualifications:
7+ years Payroll experience in a public company
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Experience with end-to-end payroll processing using Workday Payroll System
Computer skills with MS Office, including Excel such as creating pivot tables, v-lookups and handling large volume of data
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Finding the root cause of the issues and improve processes
Preferred Qualifications:
FPC/CPP
Experience working with or in support of diverse communities

$107,000/year to $155,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
