Job Summary | The University of Kentucky, Department of Educational Leadership Studies is seeking an Administrative Support Associate I to provide administrative and clerical assistance to the department chair and faculty. Key position responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Additionally, this position is responsible for processing cash/check, collaborating with fiscal team to originate, preparing and processing UK financial forms such as SAG, PRD, JV, etc., managing PRD and SRM payments to ensure accuracy and compliance with policy, collaborating with budget analysts regarding sending new invitations to vendors using Payment Works system and monitor workflow, using Concur System to process travel for the department, and maintaining and reconciling the office procurement card and purchases according to University standards through the Concur System. |
