We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our customer a Construction Company in Roseville, CA. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Pay Rate: $21.00-25.00 hourly
Responsibilities:
Provide clerical support to office staff and executives
Create and send daily schedules to installers
Answer calls, take messages, and respond to emails promptly
Maintain accurate scheduling records in the calendar
Prepare electronic and paper correspondence
Manage office supplies and ensure a clean, organized workspace
Qualifications:
Prior experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong typing, organizational, and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and Teams
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently with attention to detail
