We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Manager (Commercial Lines Insurance) to service and maintain client accounts while supporting business growth. The ideal candidate will handle renewals, negotiate with underwriters, and ensure accurate policy processing.
Pay Range: $70,000-85,000
Responsibilities:
Market and renew accounts, negotiating the best programs for clients
Process client service requests, insurance documents, proposals, and applications
Review policies, endorsements, cancellations, and ensure accuracy in transactions
Prepare proposals, invoices, and maintain complete policy records
Conduct account reviews and assist in expanding coverage options
Stay informed on market trends, regulations, and industry changes
Serve as the primary client service contact and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
Experience in account management or insurance services
Strong knowledge of insurance policies and coverage lines
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Active P & C license
Proficiency in TAM system and Microsoft Office is a plus
