Position Overview



We are actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Generalist to join their client's team onsite in Irvine, CA. This role offers the opportunity for either temp-to-hire or direct hire based on performance and company needs. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of HR functions and a passion for supporting employees in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.


• Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.


• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.


• Manage benefits administration, including health insurance, leave policies, and retirement plans.


• Support performance management processes and assist with employee evaluations.


• Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related issues and concerns.


• Handle employee inquiries and ensure timely resolution of HR-related matters.


• Assist with HR reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.


• 2+ years of experience in HR or related roles.


• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and benefits administration.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Required Work Hours



1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Additional Details
