Position Overview



Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client, a rapidly growing health facility in Lake Worth, Florida, is actively seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk. This role is essential in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices and maintaining excellent vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Code invoices and manage accounts payable software.


• Set up utility payments and process transactions efficiently.


• Maintain accounts and process invoices and bills due.


• Complete vendor set-up and manage check requests.


• Handle expense reporting and reconcile books regularly.


• Manage accounting entities and oversee vendor relationships.


• File documents accurately and post transactions, recording entries as necessary.

Qualifications

• QuickBooks experience is highly preferred.


• Proficient in Excel.

Required Work Hours



Standard business hours, Monday through Friday.


8am-4:30pm OR


8:30am-5pm

Additional Details




Salary Range: $20 - $24 per hour
