As a rapidly growing company, Hyosung relies heavily on program management based on cash recycling solution’s. The Program Manager, Cash Recycling must have the ability to understand our product and how it operates in the customer environment. The position is responsible for researching and creating actionable program plans that meet customer needs and align with our internal departments including sales operation, service, etc. The Manager will work at the direction of the Director of Product Management – Cash Recycling, and alongside the product management and marketing colleagues to conduct market research and analysis, create, and manage launches, develop compelling sales tools that drive demand, and identify and develop profitable partnerships.
Obtain a thorough understanding of our products, internal standards, and differentiators to create and improve existing Cash Recycler processes aimed at increasing effective communications and product awareness.
Lead the management processes as a champion for post sales and customer accountability, including working with functional owners to deliver and support product line.
Document process procedures and process flow, recommending any changes to make process more efficient.
Develop the improvement for cash recycling product as service and process to deployment
Align and implement product roadmaps consistent with solution/company vision
Bring well organized deployment plans, post sales programing, performance checking processes based on company necessary
Assist with all internal and external marketing campaigns, producing content and creative for marketing projects and initiatives to enhance lead generation.
Coordinate RFP process with sales side.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for managing of a product operation and deployment within the project portfolio.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Monitor and report program progress to senior management.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure product feasibility.
Implement project management processes and procedures.
Implement training programs for team members
Have collaborative skills as a program manager to work with teams across our organization including sales, engineering, marketing and service department
Have communication skill for both speaking and writing abilities in order to frequently present about our product process and status to customer and sales department.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in business, PMO, product manager or related field preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in product development.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and several product application tools.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
2 to 4 years of Program Management experience, preferably in the Banking, ATM, or TCR marketplace.
Track record of managing projects and working with cross-functional teams
Strong background in financial institution or Cash Recycler manufacturing side.
Nice to have the ability for bi-lingual English and Korean
Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past
