Job Description:

Responsible for building and strengthening relationships with existing assigned accounts and for growing revenue with these accounts. Additionally Responsible for regularly connecting with assigned accounts, building relationships by phone and occasionally in person with those customers, and identifying needs and solutions to grow sales.

Key Activities/Responsibilities (list 5-10):


  • Provide a high level of customer service to assigned clients by supporting all stages of a sale.

  • Proactively communicate with customers to address any issues regarding orders.

  • Work with customers on their e commerce/web sites to increase FS exposure.

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.

  • Advise customers when they are making purchase decisions.

  • Resolve customer complaints and disputes.

  • Respond to pricing inquiries.

  • Grow existing business relationships and acquire new ones.

  • Ensures customers are up-to-date on all new products and prices

  • Proactively create opportunities for new business.

  • Identify and pursue up-sell opportunities.

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales goals.

  • Work with operations, customer service and sales managers as needed, to ensure quality customer service and customer satisfaction.

  • Work with Marketing on email blasts, sales flyers, catalog copy, and web enhancement content.

  • Perform other duties, assignments and special projects as required.

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required.

  • 1-3 year of experience in a similar role.

  • Excellent relationship development skills, great product knowledge, great understanding of assigned Accounts and their markets. 

  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills. 

    Ability to be an assertive advocate for customer. 

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and communicate effectively. 

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, i.e. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP Function 

  • Adaptable work style with the ability to communicate effectively with various personalities and levels in the organization

  • Independently driven personality with effective problem-solving skills 

  • Must be able to present themselves in a professional manner to clients and be able to adapt in a rapidly evolving work environment.

  • Strong follow up skills

Wage Range: $54,454/yr - $77,792/yr Plus Bonus
