As a Project Management Intern, a typical day might include the following:
Providing administrative support to the department and project teams, including scheduling and coordinating project execution deliverables, generating meeting minutes, preparing presentations, creating and maintaining action item lists.
Providing support to project teams including maintaining project files, creating and maintaining reports.
Coordinating activities to meet project objectives.
Assisting in maintaining accurate project files and project tracking records such as time reporting, financial records, schedules, budgets, and summary spreadsheets.
Managing simultaneous, small projects as assigned.
Providing support for large projects.
Ordering and tracking parts and materials needed for projects.
Updating and helping improve our metrics and reporting.
Following and applying SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
Other duties as assigned.
