FT/ PT Help Wanted: Chiropractic Support/ Front Desk & Billing Aide (Part-Time or Full-Time)
Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for healthcare? Our chiropractic office is looking for a Front Desk & Billing Aide to join our team! This role can be part-time or full-time, offering flexibility for the right candidate.
Responsibilities: • Greet and assist patients with a warm, friendly attitude • Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently • Handle patient check-ins/check-outs and collect payments • Verify insurance information and assist with billing procedures • Maintain accurate patient records and process claims • Assist part time the chiropractors with hot packs and taking patients off therapies etc.
Qualifications: • Previous experience in a medical or chiropractic office is a plus, but not required • Knowledge of insurance billing and claims processing preferred • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency with office software and scheduling systems
