What You'll Do
As an Inbound SDR, you'll work directly with our co-founders to manage and convert inbound leads into booked customers. This role is about urgency, follow-through, and relationship-building-you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers and ensure a smooth path to booking.
Lead Management & Sales Support
Respond to inbound leads via email, text, and phone - Engage with inbound leads interested in our services.
Follow up with open opportunities - Track and engage potential customers who haven't booked yet, ensuring no lead is forgotten.
Educate & guide prospects - Help potential customers understand our offerings, pricing, and value.
Send contracts & process bookings - Ensure a seamless transition from inquiry to confirmed booking.
Customer Communication & Relationship Building
Answer questions about our services - Be the go-to resource for customers seeking event solutions.
Re-engage past inquiries - Reach out to previous leads who didn't book to see if their needs have changed.
Provide a high-touch experience - Ensure every customer interaction is positive, professional and helpful.
Sales Operations & Co-Founder Support
Assist founders in managing the sales pipeline - Keep track of leads, follow-ups, and closed deals in our CRM.
Optimize sales processes - Identify ways to improve response times, conversion rates, and customer experience.
Data & reporting - Track key sales metrics and report on trends and insights.
