The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales - North America to drive our growth in the large enterprise sector. In this role, you will lead sales efforts, expand our customer base, and contribute to our mission of transforming software development with AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting large enterprise clients in North America, aligning with ThoughtMinds' growth objectives.
• Revenue Growth: Achieve ambitious sales targets, including driving $10 million in revenue growth within two years.
• Customer Engagement: Identify and engage with key decision-makers at Fortune 500 companies and other large enterprises, building long-term relationships.
• Sales Process Management: Lead complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, from prospecting to closing deals.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team with expertise in enterprise sales, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications
• 10+ years of sales leadership experience in the technology or software services industry, with a proven track record of driving growth in the large enterprise sector.
• Strong background in selling AI solutions, digital transformation services, or custom software development to large enterprises.
• Extensive network of contacts within the enterprise space, particularly among Fortune 500 companies.
• Expertise in building and scaling sales teams focused on enterprise clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
