This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Services team! As an Analyst, Americas Marketing Regional Strategy - Core Business, you will support areas which are at the core of Hilton's "commercial engine" and are important to Hilton's ability to achieve profitable growth. On the Regional Marketing Strategy team reporting to the Senior Manager, Americas Marketing Regional Strategy, you will work on projects including execution of commercial offers and regional support for Americas hotels, collaborate with partner teams to develop marketing programs and optimize for growth.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:


  • Help develop hotel offers, creative messaging and media assets for commercial offer marketing plans.
  • Develop performance reportsfor offers and offer marketing programs including media results, spend and offer productivity.
  • Update all tracking tools as part of asset management and communications plan.
  • Support strategies to capture demand through the development of marketing programs.
  • Manage Americas Marketing Regional Marketing Strategy budget process and tracking.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • You will engage with the global Marketing and Loyalty, pricing, CRM, distribution and customer insights teams to ensure that the offer strategy is executed.
  • You will partner with regional marketing and commercial teams to understand market opportunities to story tell and drive performance.
  • You will partner with the in-house creative and media teams to develop and execute on the offer and market-based marketing programs.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to report on programming and results of marketing programs.

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • You will be responsible for creative asset management across all offer programs and key regional marketing programs.
  • You will monitor success of marketing campaigns by managing reports, obtaining proof of performance as needed, and building communications to stakeholders.

You have these minimum qualifications:


  • Two (2) years of work experience in hospitality or related field.
  • Experience overseeing projects that are integrated with multiple stakeholders or groups
  • Experience working collaboratively in a team.
  • Hybrid work schedule in Miami, FL, Dallas, TX, or McLean, VA (3 days per week in office)
  • Travel up to 20%

It would be useful if you have:

  • BA/BS Bachelor's in marketing or hospitality
  • Integrated marketing strategy experience
