Adult Children's Services Supervisor at Lakeland Mental Health Center in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota

Job Description:

Responsible for general administration and supervision of all Adult & Children’s Services Program(s) to assure quality, responsiveness, and cost effectiveness in the delivery of mental health services.

This position also carries an Adult Services Practitioner caseload, providing case management and skill-building services to adults with mental illness in the community setting.

Candidates must possess a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or behavioral health field from accredited college or university plus 2 years experience working with Adults with mental illness; two years supervisory experience preferred.

Salary range: $51,425 - $77,408 A competitive salary/benefits package is available including health, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, 401k, career development, and much more.
