As the Director-Network Proj/Prog Mgmt, you will be primarily responsible for the planning, administering, managing, and executing the management of AT&Ts National BTS/ABM programs as well as owns the High Rent Relocation (HRR) build program each year.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Planning, administering, managing, and executing the management of AT&Ts National BTS/ABM programs as well as owns the High Rent Relocation (HRR) build program each year
End-to-end program/project management of required tasks to meet very specific timelines delivering coverage and ensuring no loss of coverage
Own the budget and realization of spend for $100M-$200M of capital each year
Directs a team of Proj/Prog Mgmt employees responsible for:
6yr planning cycle of qualified "high rent" sites to establish & execute both strategic & operational benefit to the firm achieving targeted cost savings targets baked in budget
Accountability of both Opex & Capex budgets relative to the HRR program
Regular program/project management meetings, both internally & externally, to monitor key milestone achievement in delivering the HRR plan each year
Analysis and mitigation of all program/project issues relative to the HRR plan
Management of vendor partners executing the build plans for both HRR & NSB BTS/ABM programs
Management of all Site Build Offers, Site Development Plans, and Reconciliations relative to BTS vendor execution of both the HRR & NSB BTS/ABM programs
Partnership with ACE market personnel in establishing the HRR POE, Decommissioning schedules, and execution of site build
Quarterly program readouts with VP/AVP leadership; Bi-Annual readouts with Officer leadership
Our Director-Network Proj/Prog Mgmt, earn between $174,100 - $261,100 annually. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
