Job Description

The Content Marketing Specialist II will play a crucial role in driving Ent's social media and content marketing strategies, focusing on creating impactful content that boosts brand awareness, engagement, and growth. This role combines expertise in social media management and content creation to craft compelling content across various platforms. The Specialist II will assist and occasionally lead social media campaigns, aligning them with business objectives and brand positioning while driving audience engagement. They will implement content strategies that resonate with target audiences, ensuring consistency and alignment across all channels. Additionally, the role involves monitoring customer feedback across digital platforms, managing brand reputation, and collaborating with compliance and business teams to maintain content relevance and accuracy. This position is vital for ensuring that Ent's messaging remains consistent and resonates with target audiences across all channels.

Essential Functions


  • Social Media Assist and occasionally lead the strategic development and execution of Ent's social media campaigns, focusing on driving brand presence and audience engagement. Monitor and evaluate communications across channels to optimize brand reputation and ensure strategic alignment with company goals while working within compliance guidelines. Spearhead the creation and design of social media content, leveraging innovative strategies to increase audience engagement and brand visibility. Manage and optimize the social media content calendar, ensuring timely and impactful content delivery Analyze and report on social media performance, tracking key metrics such as ROI, engagement and content effectiveness. Continuously advance knowledge of social media trends and best practices, integrating new insights into campaigns.

  • Content Develop and publish content pages on Ent. com using our CMS, ensuring content meets brand guidelines and is thoroughly edited for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style consistency. Coordinate and manage the creation and distribution of content assets, ensuring all content is delivered on time and in line with campaign goals. Oversee the editing and publication process for content including but not limited to articles, infographics and podcasts, ensuring all content maintains professional quality and consistency. Collaborate with compliance and business units to ensure content is not only accurate but also strategically relevant.

  • Customer Relationship Management Actively monitor social channels, Google and Yelp for comments, messages and reviews, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to enhance customer satisfaction. Track and log any negative feedback into the CRM, analyzing potential trends and escalating when necessary. Work proactively with compliance and relevant business units to manage online reputation, identify key influencers, and coordinate response actions when necessary.

  • Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.

Qualifications

Minimum Formal Qualifications for this Position


  • Bachelor's Degree in English, Marketing, Journalism, Communication, or related field of study.

  • 2+ years' of general, content, or social media marketing.


Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in a relevant degree program or vice versa. For example, a requirement of a bachelor's degree in accounting and 2+ years of account experience could be substituted for a high school diploma and 6 years of relevant accounting work experience or a master's degree in accounting and 0 years of work experience.

Technical or Specialized Knowledge/Skills:


  • Skilled in social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube)

  • Skilled in designing, writing, editing (photo/video/graphics) social media content

  • Customer service and problem-solving capabilities

  • Skilled using social analytics tools. Sprout Social a plus.

  • Presentation and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of creating content and pages within a CMS

  • Ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts to emergent marketing trends in a timely fashion.

  • Ability to appropriately match communication style to a wide array of internal / external members.

  • Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)

  • Skilled in representing a business/advertising using social media

Additional Information

The pay range for this position is: $30 to $39 per Hour (S15)

Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, and internal pay equity.
