What we offer you! • Competitive compensation • Comprehensive benefits plan (medical, dental, vision and more) • 401(k) retirement savings plan • Paid time off (vacation, holidays, PTO) • Employee discount programs • Career growth opportunities What you will be doing: • Responsible for managing a select group of top accounts within the LG&E region's portfolio and achieving AR improvement, contacting customers regarding delinquent payments and monitoring the collection of past due accounts. • Responsible for and supports team in reaching AR performance, working capital objectives and service level goals for the department through monitoring of various daily reports and department planning. • Develops relationships with key sales, customer support, and region management personnel to achieve accounts receivable goals and service level standards. • Analyzes data and develops strategic improvement plans based on trend patterns. • Responsible for the investigation and analysis of credit risks. • Performance management of credit and collections associates including but not limited to supervising, training, coaching, and discipline. • Performs progress evaluations for direct reports including monthly KPI reports, quarterly KPI reports and annual evaluations. • Uses Six Sigma, Lean & process mapping skills to improve processes and productivity. • Prepares management reports as required. • Resolves complex credit problems independently. • Makes decisions regarding credit extension. • Aggressively escalates account information to Collections Manager that is critical to AR performance. • Performs other duties as assigned What makes you great: • High School Diploma required/Bachelor's Degree preferred. • 3+ years Collections/Customer Service/Call Center experience required. • Supervisory/Leadership experience in a Collections/Customer Service environment preferred. • Knowledge of JDE preferred. • Proficient with Excel, Word and Power Point. • Demonstrates interpersonal, project management, professional written and verbal communication skills.
