Job Title: Senior Engineering Consultant (Contingent Resource)

Job Description:


As a Senior Engineering Consultant, you will:

• Serve as an expert to develop and influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Engineering.


• Consult on strategy and resolve unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering long-term, large-scale solutions that demand vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical thinking.


• Provide expertise to senior leadership on innovative Engineering business solutions.


• Strategically engage with client personnel to drive impactful outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.

Preferred Skills:

• 3+ years of experience with Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Dataflows, Notebooks, Data Wrangler, etc.).


• Prior experience with HR/Workforce data.


• Strong experience with the Alteryx Platform.


• Exceptional analytical and creative thinking skills.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Azure.


• Experience with Microsoft SSRS and SSIS.


• Familiarity with Agile Project Management Tools (JIRA, Confluence).


• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI).


• Proficiency in development languages such as Java and C#.


• Expertise in Microsoft SQL.


• Experience as a Power BI Developer.


• Familiarity with Power Platform and Power Automate.
