Salary: $35.00 USD Hourly - $40.00 USD Hourly

Description:
One of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry is looking to hire a Supply Chain System/ Master Data Specialist


Hybrid (3 days onsite in Lexington, MA)


6+ month contract with possibility for extensions/conversion to FTE


Objectives & Responsibilities:


Serve as the point of contact for troubleshooting activities related to systems.


Create and update training documentation, procedures, and step-guides.


Conduct onboarding and training for employees, new onboarders, apprentices, and student workers.


Create training evidence certificates for SAP role requests.


Create SAST requests for users.


Lead and participate in UAT testing for system implementation and maintenance.


Facilitate business and project teams for system implementations.


Support internal stakeholders and new vendors for the Ariba SCC onboarding, including training and testing.


Lead MDG implementation in the region, including knowledge transfer and best practice sharing.


Act as Data Steward for MDG Material.


Lead regional digital IT improvement projects.


Manage supply chain-related system implementations.


Serve as the key user for IBP S&OP and Supply Planning module.


Education & Professional Experience:


Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or IT Management.


Relevant experience in Supply Chain Management/Supply Chain IT Management and/or its key functions.


Highly experienced in ERP Systems such as SAP ECC, MDG, and IBP/OBP.


Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).


Fluent in English (both written and spoken).


Basic knowledge of GMP, GDP, and quality systems.
