Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in performing technical operations on projects, managing schedules and budgets, and collaborating with other managers to effectively utilize both field and office staff to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. We seek energetic candidates with a strong work ethic to become part of our Land Surveying team. As a Project Surveyor, you will enjoy a collaborative and engaging work environment. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established, multi-disciplined geospatial firm that specializes in remote sensing and land surveying for various engineering and construction projects. Licensure as a Professional Land Surveyor in North Carolina or South Carolina is a plus.

Position Overview
The role involvesmanaging survey and mapping projects, processing conventional and GNSS survey data, performing boundary and right of way resolutions, supervising the preparation of boundary and right of way plats, easements, and legal descriptions, performing quality assurance and project management for land development, energy, transportation, and municipal projects. The position offers the opportunity to plan projects and process data from robotic surveying instruments, GNSS receivers, laser scanners, UAS Lidar sensors, and hydrographic survey equipment.
