RN Clinical Supervisor

Full Time

Qualifications:
– Valid nursing license in the state of Ohio
– Proven experience as a Nursing Supervisor or similar role
– In-depth knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and regulations
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to prioritize tasks and make sound decisions under pressure
– Knowledge of specialized areas such as dementia care, ophthalmology, sterile processing, etc.
– Familiarity with medical office operations and electronic health records systems

QUALIFICATIONS: An example of acceptable qualifications:

Completion of secondary education or equivalent (high school diploma or GED); completion of a state accredited school of licensed practical nursing; completion of state approved pharmacology program; related experience in a nursing facility; or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. An individual who poses a direct threat to the health and safety of himself/herself or others in the workplace will be deemed not qualified for this position.

LICENSURE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Must possess and maintain an Ohio Practical Nurse License issued by the Board of Nursing; IV certification.
