Carnegie Park Post Acute , is a 180 -bed facility located at 1848 Greentree Road, Pittsburgh . Successful candidates will have the following:

• degree in associated field of practice


• ability to maintain all required continuing education/licensing and remain in good standing with the State


• current, unencumbered license to practice in PA


• experience with PCC and Casamba preferred

Your day to day:

The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients, communicates with families, physicians and other health team members, and maintains documentation of services in the medical records. You will work under supervision of the Director of Rehab to ensure compliance with State and Federal standards.
