Competitive Salary: $51,867 - $63,797 per year (Commensurate with experience and education)
Stable Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
Monitor and adjust heating, ventilation, and cooling systems to ensure maximum efficiency
Provide electrical and plumbing services, including general carpentry repairs
Respond to and complete work requests and emergency maintenance needs
Conduct building, system, and equipment inspections
Order necessary parts and materials for technical maintenance and repairs
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Perform snow removal and ice prevention for safe facility access
Collaborate with outside vendors and contractors to maintain required inspections and scopes of work
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
3 to 5 years of experience in building and grounds maintenance, including HVAC systems
Technical school certification in Building Maintenance-related systems preferred
Licenses & Certifications:
EPA 608 Universal Refrigerant License (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire)
Valid driver’s license
Skills & Abilities:
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building infrastructure
Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and building automation software
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and respond within 30 minutes to emergencies
Must successfully complete a Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) background check
Work in both indoor and outdoor environments, including shop and warehouse settings
Exposure to extreme temperatures, airborne particles, loud noises, and moving mechanical parts
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs., climb ladders, operate mechanical equipment, and work at heights
