The Opportunity

"The Procurement Operations Consultant has a critical role within the FICO Procurement team reporting to the Procurement Systems and Governance-Director. The role is an individual contributor supporting contract repository administration, global travel policy administration and supporting key initiatives."

What You'll Contribute
  • Exhibit a diversity of capabilities, including qualities of a Contract Administrator, Approval Tool Manager, Business Analyst and User Acceptance Tester.
  • Contract repository administration which includes contract and document management.
  • Perform Travel administration support activities, such as collecting and tracking approvals.
  • Support key initiatives including vendor management to reduce and consolidate global vendors, process efficiencies and controls to ensure adherence to procurement governance.
  • Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in system migrations and implementations, plus ad-hoc projects.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholder teams including Procurement Leadership, Finance, Accounts Payable, Internal Audit, Business Applications, Human Resources, Physical Security and Safety, and Legal teams.
  • Asks critical questions to challenge status quo thinking.

What We're Seeking
  • Bachelor's degree in related field is strongly preferred.
  • A few years working in Procurement or operational role with understanding of contracts and general Procurement principles.
  • Customer Service and Team Building: Has a customer focused mindset; gains support and trust from all levels of the organization, with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Project) and DocuSign.
  • Systems Self-Starter: Willingness and ability to quickly learn how to become a subject matter expert of multiple software tools.
  • Possess the ability to deal effectively under pressure, managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and rapidly changing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates adaptability for working in culturally diverse environments within a global team.
  • Experience using Oracle EBS and data visualization tools is preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel occasionally.

  • The targeted base pay range for this role is: $67,000 to $105,000 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
