The Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) Supply Chain organization is seeking a Procurement Agent to join our team located in Berkeley, MO. Enable the future of Boeing by supporting our top engineers and scientists with the goods and services needed to shape decades of Boeing production.

A successful candidate will provide oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance. Leads negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions. Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements. Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions. Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues. Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities. Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies.
BT&E is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced and Senior level Procurement Agents.
Position Responsibilities Include:
Provide oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance
Lead negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions
Prepare and execute negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements. Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions
Consult with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues
Lead supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities
Participate on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies
5 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for experienced level: $74,800 - $101,200
Summary pay range for senior level: $95,200 - $128,800
