The stunning Forbes 4-Star Conrad New York is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join the Sales Team !

Stay inspired and join the pinnacle of luxury in the heart of Lower Manhattan, featuring 463 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets. This includes a 3-meal restaurant, rooftop bar, and in-room dining.

Classification: Full-Time

Shift: Various - must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Rate: The pay rate for this role is $28.36 per hour and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

Provides the director and managers of sales and marketing with administrative and clerical support including word- processing, typing, e-mailing, filing, data-entry, faxing, copying, corresponding, answering telephones, processing mail, taking notes and/or dictation, making travel arrangements and performing other general office duties. Assists on special projects as needed.

What will I be doing?


  • 20% Answering phones and routing calls appropriately
  • 20% Email Correspondence directed by managers on a daily basis
  • 25% Collecting, Inputting, and Distributing all inbound inquiries into Delphi FDC
  • 5% Generating daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for the sales department
  • 10% Drafting proposals, contracts, and processing group turnovers on an ongoing basis
  • 5% Submitting PO's and invoices for payment processing as requested by managers and directors
  • 5% Conducting discovery visits and arranging discovery visit information to operational teams
  • 5% Maintaining and ordering office supplies and otherrequired items
  • 5% Arranging VIP amenities, reservations, and assuring communication of Special requests amongst various departments

SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS

In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company.


  • Special project work as necessary
  • Add new staff to Delphi.FDC and coordinate with IT team as necessary.
  • Network Backup/Restore tape.
  • Manage booking status in Delphi.FDC as necessary.
  • Run Delphi.FDC Call Reports and performance summary.
  • Data Entry of Team Member meetings in Delphi.FDC.
  • Setup/delete and print new booking auto traces in Delphi.FDC.
  • Support set up functions in Delphi.FDC.
  • Attend / represent the commercial team at select assigned internal meetings and committees.
