Beacon Hill Associates is seeking a Associate Account Services Coordinator for a contract position located in Alpharetta. This role specializes in providing clerical and administrative support to the Sales Team and external customers, including brokers, consultants, union trusts, health partnerships, and clients. The position involves responding to member inquiries, processing proposals, and assisting with open enrollment determinations. This is an in-office 5 days a week opportunity.
Daily Duties:
Review and respond to member inquiries to determine coverage.
Answer basic questions from members and route more complex inquiries to the appropriate team.
Route proposals to Account Executives and enter data into various databases, including ONYX.
Develop presentations, proposals, benefit highlights, and reports.
Provide support to brokers, groups, and employees regarding sales-related inquiries.
Handle light telephone support for customer inquiries.
Assist with open enrollment determination reviews.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in a role requiring high attention to detail.
Strong proofreading skills with the ability to interpret and respond to customer emails accurately.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
Background in medical or dental benefits is a plus.
