Program Billing & Report Data Associate - Hybrid / Waltham, MA


Our client, a leading company in the financial services industry, is seeking a Program Billing & Report Data Associate to support billing processes and assist with reporting and data tracking for internal teams. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their accounting or financial operations experience in a supportive, fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

• Assist with billing processes across departments


• Help calculate billing amounts and manage manual entries as needed


• Support reporting and data analysis related to billing and advisor revenue


• Build and maintain dashboards and KPI reports


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and data consistency

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of general accounting or financial operations experience


• Strong Excel skills; Power BI experience a plus


• Bachelor's degree preferred (any field)
