POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the outpatient center(s), establishing a system assuring that high quality care is provided. The Director of Outpatient Services will assure sound fiscal operation of the outpatient center(s) while promoting services that are produced in a cost-effective manner and are compliant with regulatory agencies. They will monitor the facility's services and delivery systems, approving and enforcing operational procedures, policies, and standards.

EDUCATION

• Masters' degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Psychology, Counseling or a related field from an accredited college or university, preferred.

CERTIFICATION/LICENSE

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); full clinical licensure preferred.


• Licensure, as determined by the state, required to complete the essential job functions of the position. CPR/CPI Certified per policy.

EXPERIENCE

• Three (3) years management experience in a healthcare setting, preferred.


• Two (2) years' experience working in behavioral health field, preference for experience with IOP/PHP levels of care.


• One (1) year clinical supervisory experience in mental health and substance abuse treatment preferred.
