Haven Behavioral Hospital of Phoenix is a 58-bed acute care behavioral hospital that provides a safe, nurturing environment for the treatment of complex mental health issues.We offer innovative, customized treatment and care based on an individual's needs and preferences. Position Summary
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hospital.
- Responsible for establishing a system for assuring that high quality care is provided.
- Assures the sound fiscal operation of the hospital while promoting services that are produced in a cost effective manner.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory agencies while continually monitoring the facility's services and delivery systems.
- Approves and enforces facility's operational procedures, policies, and standards
Education: Masters' degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Psychology, Counseling or a related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
Experience:
- Masters' Degree-minimum five years management experience in a healthcare setting or Bachelors' Degree-7 years experience in a healthcare setting.
- Other combinations of education and experience may be substituted for experience.
