Overview



As a Group Reservations Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of our reservations process, ensuring that each guest group receives exceptional service from start to finish. You'll work directly with clients to manage their group bookings, ensuring that every detail is handled with precision. Your attention to detail, communication skills, and love for hospitality will make you a key player in our team.



What You'll Do:




  • Be the first point of contact: Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and event planners to coordinate group bookings, special requests, and room blocks.


  • Create memorable experiences: Ensure each reservation meets our high standards by managing group-specific needs, from room assignments to special accommodations.


  • Stay ahead of the game: Monitor group room availability, making proactive adjustments and offering tailored recommendations to ensure smooth operations.


  • Work your magic behind the scenes: Coordinate with various departments (front desk, catering, events) to ensure all group details are seamlessly executed.


  • Provide exceptional customer service: Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that every guest is delighted before they even walk through the door.
