The Quality Assurance Department division is responsible for all labor issues associated with warranty regarding the tankless water heaters, boilers, and HVAC products. The ideal candidate for the Quality Assurance Technician position should have and demonstrate a strong team ethic and the ability to work autonomously under their own initiative, while taking direction from QA Lead. The post holder should have experience with good communication skills and an aptitude for attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Physical Product Return Inspection
Inspect and test (when applicable) all units, heat exchangers, and parts requested by Management Team and Team Leader
Create and maintain Inspection Report based on findings
Report any notable issues with a detailed description and pictures
Coordinate shipment of product returns to headquarters in Korea
Inspect and repair (if possible) Sales Authorized Returns to be resold
Dispose/recycling of products not required to be sent back to Korea
Follow up on warranty claims by collecting customer feedback
Concerning Issue Field Site Visit
Visit field site to investigate root cause of concerning issue
Report findings to Management Team with a detailed description and pictures
Water Quality Sample Test
Test (when applicable) all water quality samples submitted through warranty
Map out the distribution of water quality-related issues
Requirements:
Advanced in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
Extensive organizational skills, be able to prioritize tasks
Effective time management and organizational skills
Able to manage productivity goals and quality standards
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to physically lift units with assistance up to 150 pounds in weight
1-3 years of experience in an administrative field
Collaborate effectively within the department and cross-functionally
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical knowledge of tankless water heaters, boilers, and HVAC products preferred
Ambition to grow and take on new assignments/skills as needed
Four-year degree from an accredited college/university preferred

Pay Scale: $27-$29 per hour DOE + eligible for an annual bonus
