We are seeking a detail-oriented Bench Assembler to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have excellent hand-eye coordination and a commitment to safety while working with delicate materials. As a Bench Assembler, you will be responsible for understanding work orders, parts and handling instructions as well as follow through paper work.
Location: Wilton, NH
Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
Pay rate: $17/hr
Key Responsibilities:
Follow patterns and directions for wiring parts using a small epoxy needle and .005-gauge wire.?
Place parts into assigned fixtures using specific tools.?
Position assembled parts in designated areas for processing.?
Communicate effectively with team members and work efficiently to meet production timelines.?
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.?
Basic math skills.?
Previous experience in assembly or a manufacturing environment is a plus.?
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.?
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.?
Comfortable working with delicate materials and adhering to safety protocols.?
Ability to maintain focus and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
