Job Description:

Client in the Construction space is seeking a Sr Project Engineer with experience in Healthcare Construction to work onsite in Beverly Hills


Location: West Los Angeles, CA
Remote or Onsite: fully onsite
Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Parking Details: parking is provided
Job Title: Sr Project Engineer (Healthcare Construction)
Pay: $100k - $130k + benefits (M/D/V, 401k, PTO)
Duration: Direct/Permanent Hire


Main Duties:
* Project Coordination & Documentation - Schedule and lead subcontractor and design coordination meetings, document progress, and manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
* Site Oversight & Compliance - Conduct daily site inspections, ensure subcontractors adhere to contract documents, and address construction discrepancies.
* Problem-Solving & Risk Management - Identify and resolve field construction issues, interpret drawings, and assess financial and scheduling risks.
* Project Closeout & Compliance - Manage project closeout, punch lists, warranties, and document turnover, ensuring compliance with specifications.
* Team Leadership & Communication - Train and manage staff, coordinate with owners and design teams, and maintain clear communication across stakeholders.


Requirements:
* Bachelors in Engineering or Construction Management (or related field)
* 5+ years of experience specifically in Civic Engineering and Healthcare projects
* Experience with softwares like: MS Office Suite (strong Excel), OBDC or Bluebeam, Procore, Primavera P6
