Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Credit Manager to join their client's dynamic team in California. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the credit and collections department, demonstrating strong credit acumen and exceptional customer service skills. Responsibilities
Manage the credit and collections team, ensuring a thorough understanding of policies and processes, and providing assistance as needed.
Make final credit decisions based on customer risk profiles and quality of collateral for new loans, extensions, and amendments to contracts.
Make final collections decisions while mitigating risk and minimizing losses to the organization.
Conduct meetings regarding credit and collections and present findings to management.
Process loan agreements for all contracts/notes/leases issued by Lee Financial Services, including those handled by outside finance managers.
Handle DMV, UCC, and Deeds of Trusts.
Willingness to work and accommodate requests for off-hours on occasion.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree.
3+ years of commercial credit experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Highly detail-oriented and organized approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook at an intermediate level.
Required Work Hours
Monday to Friday, during standard business hours.

Pay Range: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
