Job Duties:
* Schedule appointments using company software and provided scripts.
* Handle 150+ inbound and outbound calls daily.
* Enter and update customer information accurately.
* Confirm and verify customer details to ensure correct scheduling.
* Promote company services by offering special promotions.
* Build positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
* Address customer concerns by gathering details, coordinating with the team, and providing follow-ups.
* Notify customers of any delays or rescheduled appointments.
* Prioritize and schedule appointments based on urgency and customer availability.
* Conduct follow-up calls to confirm satisfaction.
* Maintain quality service by following company guidelines.
* Support team efforts by assisting with related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
* 1-3 years of customer service experience.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel.
* Experience with scheduling or CRM software is a plus.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Ability to think creatively and solve problems.
