Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a high-level Customer Service Representative to join their client's dynamic team in Texas. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to play a pivotal role in both the development support of the Standard Operating Plan (SOP) and the growth of market awareness for new business efforts. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing multiple functions, ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
The Customer Success Associate (CSA) will take on a multifaceted role, which includes:
Supporting the SOP by providing portal updates, troubleshooting room and device issues, and managing user and unit assignments.
Implementing support for user lists, secure room/unit lists, and ensuring the successful upload of lists into the portal.
Providing remote implementation support, addressing portal issues, and managing activation requests as needed.
Assisting in the production of monthly reports by securing discharge/transfer data and reviewing team reports to detect data issues.
Proactively working with clients to address data issues and ensuring the accuracy of portal information.
Reporting low or no utilization of robots to the Account Executive (AE) and providing detailed usage reports.
Managing portal support tasks, such as updating users and rooms, and performing weekly validation of progress.
Ensuring XCT training schedules are established and reminding AEs to secure SOP target units and goals.
Performing other duties as assigned to support team objectives and client satisfaction.
Requirements
A high school diploma is required.
Required Work Hours
The position requires availability from Monday to Friday.
Benefits
Max Pay is $25 per hour. Min Pay is $22 per hour.
