Our client, a international insurance organization, is looking for a Call Center Representative to join their team in the South County area ! The ideal candidate will have experience with order processing in the same or similar industry!



Job Title: Call Center Representative



Location: South St. Louis County



Status: Temporary



Schedule: Mon - Fri, Days



Compensation: $19-22/hr



Overview of the Role:

• Supporting customers in starting their insurance claims.


• Recommend products based on client's needs, explaining warranties, and proving quotes/estimates.


• Serving as main point of contact for assigned Customers and Accounts, assisting with any account set-ups and management to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 
  High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree or higher in Business or other related fields preferred.


• 
  2+ years of experience managing or coordinating accounts.
  


• 
  2+ years of experience in order entry and management.
  


• Strong computer skills.


• Professional communication skills
